Delivery Time & Charge
Orders are processed soon after confirmation of order(s) to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible depending on the delivery country and shipping method selected.
These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods or during strike.
Delivery time may be slightly longer due to the verification process with bank for payment authorization and security control reason.
Since some of the Customs in the European countries may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels; the delivery time of some orders may be prolonged.
Import Taxes & Permission
When ordering from our website to overseas, you must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and do not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and an administrative fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you base on the “Refund Policy”.
Undeliverable orders
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we shall issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee and handling fee.
If you are not satisfied with the products ordered via our web site, you can contact us. Our company accepted refundable return (excluding delivery charge) within 7 days of delivery if the products have any defects or incorrect products delivered. It only applies to order via our web site.
For product return, local and overseas customers have to pay for the delivery cost and the request has to be made within seven days of receiving the products. Products on sales and gifts are non-refundable and returned. Refund will be dispersed as the same way as the original payment.
In the event of dispute, our company reserves its right for final and non-negotiable decisions.
運送時間及費用
當收到您的訂單後,我們會盡快處理包裝及付運,以確保您能於最短時間內收到產品,個別貨品送抵時間仍須視乎您所選的運送目的地及送貨方式。
請註意,所有列明的送貨時間均為預計運送時間,上林茶舍(“本公司”)並不對貨品因海關政策或關稅而引起的運送延誤負責,國際郵遞的時間亦可能會受不同因素影響而延長,例如聖誕節、農曆新年、復活節及其他長假期或罷工等。
付運時間可能受與銀行一再核實信用卡資料而受延誤。
由於歐洲部分地區的海關入口審查需時較長,因此部份訂單的運送時間可能需要較長時間。
由於運送地方未能盡錄,所以我們有機會因應某些運送地區及方法另收額外附加運費。
關稅/入口稅
若貨品運送到香港以外國家,您可能需要繳付附加費、各種稅項,或就有關貨品向運送目的地登記或申請進口許可,這些收費及文件申領均視乎運送目的地的法例而定,本公司不能控制或預計這類收費的數目,亦不會為該等款項或文件申領手續負上任何法律責任。如您完成訂購程序,即表示願意為付運訂購貨品的一切附加費、稅項或進口文件申領事宜負責。如最後貨品因您未能完成此聲明的責任而遭退回,各下需要支付貨物回程的運費。本公司會在退款中扣除原來訂單的運費以及貨物回程的運費。
無法派送的訂單
部份訂單會因收貨地址不詳、郵政信箱、多次派送均無人收件或收件人拒收包裹而被退回等。
當郵遞公司將包裹退回給我們時,我們會在退款中扣除原本的運費、15%訂單總額作為退回訂單處理費。
退回產品
如您對經本網站訂購的產品有意見,您可就您的訂單與我們聯絡。上林茶舍網站接受在收貨後七天內就錯誤訂單或產品有缺失的退換(不包括郵費),詳情請與我們聯絡。
如需退換貨品,訂購人士包括本地及海外客戶均須自付有關更換貨品的郵費。 客人必須在收貨後七天內提出申請。清貨產品、換購產品及贈品不接受退貨申請。貨品退換只適於網上購物,任何在上林茶舍專門店所購買的產品,皆不接受退貨申請。
退款將會與購物時所選的付款方式相同。
如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權不得異議。
